Return Policy
What is your return policy?
Refunds for items returned within 30 days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Refunds for items returned more than 30 days after the purchase date will be in the form of store credit redeemable on your next purchase. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. All returns must be accompanied with a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#).
If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred.
If we shipped you the wrong product, or it arrived defective or damanged, no problem. Just contact us for a RMA # within 30 days of the item’s original purchase date to arrange for the return of your purchase. We will send a replacement or refund you for your purchase, provided the returned item(s) are received back in their original packaging, along with all accessories, warranty cards, manuals, etc., where applicable.
After you get your RMA number, please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below:

Exchanges
Can I just exchange my items for new ones?
If you purchased an item and it was not what you thought it would be, you can exchange your item within 30 days for the same dollar amount as the original purchase. No additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred.
