Our current shipping
status:
In-stock orders normally ship within 24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays.
Do you have general
shipping information?
In-stock orders normally ship within 1-2 business days
unless otherwise noted. However, during
times of heavy order volume (especially November and December), orders normally
ship within 3-5 business days of when they were placed. Generally, all items on back order or out of
stock are marked as such on the site. All
shipping transit times quoted are business days (Monday – Friday), not calendar
days.
For most domestic
orders, you can choose between the following:
- UPS Ground
- UPS 2nd Day Air
- UPS Next Day Air
- USPS First-Class Mail
- USPS Priority Mail
- USPS Express Mail
- USPS Parcel Post
If your order ships via UPS you will receive an e-mail with
a tracking number when your order ships.
If you ship via USPS (US Postal Service) you will receive an e-mail with
a delivery confirmation number or tracking number when your order ships.
Expedited (UPS 2 Day and Next Day) and UPS Ground shipments
are delivered Monday – Friday except on US Holidays. USPS Shipments are delivered Monday –
Saturday except on US Holidays.
For orders shipped
outside the US
we provide the following shipping
options:
- UPS Worldwide Express
- USPS First Class Mail International
- USPS Priority Mail International
- USPS Express Mail International (EMS)
Your package arrival varies based on the country it is
shipped to and the shipping method used.
You will receive the tracking number in your shipping confirmation
e-mail. You will probably be charged
import taxes and fees for your order – please check with your customs office if
you are unsure of these fees.
Expedited Shipping
What’s with expedited
shipping?
We have expedited shipping options available for domestic
orders. This includes Next Day and 2-day
shipping options. Orders must be place
before 1pm Central Standard Time Monday – Thursday to receive expedited
delivery in the time frame specified; and only if the items are in stock. Expedited delivery orders received after 1pm
Central Standard Time or on Friday/Saturday/Sunday normally ship the next
business day.
During times of heavy order volume, especially November and
December, expedited shipments may take up to 3-5 business days to process and
ship, and shipping dates can not be guaranteed, so please plan
accordingly.
If your Shipping address is a P.O. Box, we can not deliver
via UPS and your order will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Some orders may be subject to verification of
billing/shipping information, and may be delayed because of this. See the PO Boxes section for more
information.
Will my expedited
order arrive on Saturday?
We do not offer any expedited Saturday delivery options via
UPS. If you ship via USPS Express there
is a possibility that it could be delivered on Saturday however it is not
guaranteed and varies based on location.
All transit times are business days, not calendar days, unless otherwise
specified.
PO Boxes
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
In most cases, yes.
If your order weighs less than 70 lbs we should be able to send your
order through the USPS (United States Postal Service). However, we are not responsible for delays or
mis-shipments when a PO Box address is used.
APO/FPO Shipping
Can you ship to
APO/FPO addresses?
We are able to ship most of our products to US Military
APO/FPO addresses. Unfortunately, we can
not supply tracking numbers for shipments to APO/FPO addresses. We send all shipments to APO/FPO addresses
using the US Postal Service.
When completing your Shipping Address during checkout,
please make note of the following.
- The
City must be entered as either “APO” or
“FPO”
- The
State must be selected as either:
- Armed
Forces Africa Canada Europe
Middle East
- Armed
Forces Americas
- Armed
Forces Pacific
- You
must enter the Zip code
- Always
remember to enter your full name, grade, and PSC or unit number
Please note, orders shipped to an APO/FPO address do take
longer to be delivered. Please allow 2-4
weeks for your package to arrive.
Shipping Charges
How much is shipping?
It depends on what you are ordering, how much you are
ordering, and where it is shipping. You
can determine the cost of shipping your order by adding the items you want to the
shopping cart and entering your zip code in the “Estimate Shipping & Tax”
section on the cart page. You can also
get the shipping cost during checkout – you will need to fill out your shipping
address in order to view the shipping options and cost.
For international orders you will need to access shipping
estimates by adding all the items you would like into your shopping card and
entering your full shipping address in the “Shipping & Coupons” section of
the checkout process.
International Shipping
Do you ship outside
the US?
Absolutely. After
placing items in your shopping cart, proceed to the checkout area. Complete the Shipping and Billing
information, including selecting your country.
We have selected UPS and USPS as the carriers for our International
orders. UPS Worldwide Express and USPS
Express International offer tracking and fast delivery times.
All other USPS International shipping methods do not offer
tracking other than the customs tracking and delivery times vary.
Will I have to pay
customs fees on my order?
Your order will probably be charged customs fees (taxes,
duties, processing fees, brokerage fees, etc.) when it arrives. Unfortunately, Toydudes has no control over
these fees. If you are not familiar with
the customs fees in your country, please check with your local customs office
for more information. Also, because we
are a retail store, we are NOT able
to mark orders as ‘Gifts’ for customers to avoid paying these fees.
The shipping charges you pay do NOT include customs fees,
import taxes, brokerage fees, or duties.
If you refuse to pay the customs fees when your order arrives, the
shipment will be returned to Toydudes and we will be charged the customs fees
plus return shipping costs. Therefore,
we do not issue refunds for customs fees, shipping, or the cost of your order
if you refuse to pay the customs fees.
Toydudes has no way of estimating customs fees, taxes,
duties, etc. so please do not ask us to do so – we don’t have this
information. Please contact your local
customs office if you need to know more.
It is possible that the delivery of your order could be
delayed due to customs processing. If
your order does not arrive in a reasonable amount of time, you should check
with your local customs office to see if they are holding the package for
payment of fees. Also, some customs
offices will send a separate invoice for your customs fees that could arrive
several weeks after you receive your shipment.
Please be familiar with the customs laws in your country before you
order!
Why isn’t my country
in your list?
We have chosen not to ship to some countries for a variety
of reasons. We appreciate your interest
in Toydudes and we would like to apologize for any inconvenience this may
cause.
